Nainish has over 25 years of experience in enterprise software. Nainish spent 10 years at Trilogy Software leading large-scale delivery projects across the Employee Recognition and Automotive industries.

At OCTanner, Nainish led a modernization project that transformed their entire legacy front-office system with Trilogy’s suite of products integrating to a back-office SAP system.

In Automotive, Nainish worked on several large customers including Chrysler, Toyota, Nissan, & Ford.

Post-Trilogy, Nainish spent several years in product leadership roles at different startups before joining Kickdrum.

Nainish has a Bachelors & Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Acton School of Business.
