Dramatically Better Performance
We helped Interviewstream optimize their usage of AWS resources to achieve dramatically better performance throughout the system. Through a combination of caching, query tuning, and targeted code changes, Kickdrum made numerous database operations execute 10-100X faster and eliminated millions of queries each week from needing to happen at all. We also leveraged batching capabilities to realize a 10x improvement in Amazon SQS processing times.

Scalability improvements in the data layer let Interviewstream handle 2-5X more customers using the same amount of infrastructure. These optimizations also enabled Interviewstream to go after larger and more strategic customers than ever before.

Kickdrum enabled InterviewStream’s support team to access de-identified data on behalf of end users. That means resolving customer concerns without help from developers, resulting in faster issue resolutions across the board.
