Managing multiple master systems without alienating users
AMN’s multiple systems for clinician and shift management were each designed to be data masters and did not gracefully handle conflicts. Kickdrum’s solution had to be ultra-fast to minimize issues and manage conflicts between platforms without impacting end users.
Data management and translation between systems
Job management systems contained skillsets, credentials, and job requirements in different formats and with different nomenclature. This complexity required many-to-many mapping and translation, along with unique exception handling processes per system. Kickdrum’s lightweight platform was able to apply mapping and business logic efficiently with sub-second response time.
Soft matching and incentive campaigns
Kickdrum developed an attached data platform to identify trends and guide marketing campaign decisions. By identifying qualified candidates with restrictive preferences, AMN was able to increase shift fulfillment rates and increase revenue.
