Kickdrum’s solution allows Steward clinicians to send appointment reminders and billing notices via text, email, and voice. Responses are captured and synchronized instantly with patient records and appointment status in the Athena EHR. Kickdrum also provided testing harnesses and communications tracking to improve maintainability and observability.
